      A vacancy has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our EYFS Phase. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher to build the ethos of the academy, develop curriculum and the pedagogical approach. They will be an experienced teacher, committed to providing high quality education and fostering a nurturing environment for early learners.

      The key responsibilities of this fast paced role will be to oversee and lead the EYFS Phase, including implementing the curriculum, leading on outstanding teaching and learning, and ensuring that high levels of achievement are maintained. There will also be line management responsibility for other staff.

This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school.
